Getting started

There is nothing to install and no account to make. Open the page, tap Start, allow your camera, and you are matched in about five seconds with a girl who is online right now. The permission prompt is a browser feature, so you can change it any time from the camera icon in the address bar. The full walk-through, with each step explained, lives on how it works.

Camera or microphone not working

Almost every camera problem is a permission that was dismissed or blocked. Work through these in order:

  1. Allow the site. Click the camera icon in your browser's address bar and set Camera and Microphone to Allow, then refresh the page.
  2. Free the camera. Close any other app that might be holding it — video-call apps, screen recorders, or another tab already using your webcam.
  3. Check the system. On a phone, open Settings and confirm your browser (Chrome, Safari) is allowed to use the camera and microphone. On a laptop, check the OS privacy settings the same way.
  4. Try another browser. If one browser refuses, a different one (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) usually confirms whether it is a browser quirk or a device issue.

Still stuck after all four? Re-run the flow on how it works to make sure nothing was skipped, then contact us below with your device and browser.

Matching and chatting

You are paired with a girl who is online right now for a private 1-on-1 chat. Type in the chat box, talk on camera, and tap Next whenever you want someone new — the same flow as talking to strangers on video. If matches feel slow, it is usually just a quieter hour; the pool refills constantly.

Account, data, and privacy

Because there is no sign-up, there is no password to reset and no profile to delete — a big part of why the service stays low-risk. What is and is not collected is laid out on the privacy page, and the short version is: keep personal details out of the chat and there is very little about you anywhere.

Reporting and safety

Ran into someone breaking the rules? Tap Next to leave, then Report — the match ends and the report goes straight to moderation. Block them too, so you are never re-matched. For how moderation, blocking, consent, and the 18+ policy all work together, see the safety page.

Contact us

Still need a hand? Email [email protected] with a short description and the device and browser you were on, and a real person will reply. Screenshots help. You can also read who runs the service on the about page.

Once you are set up

With the basics sorted, most people head straight back to a match — the classic Pink Omegle shuffle or a quick pink cam chat are the usual picks. If you want it on your home screen, our note on getting the app shows how, and before your first real conversation it is worth a minute on the safety guide. Any time you are ready, head back to PinkVideoChat and start a new match.

Help Center — FAQ

My camera or microphone is not working — how do I fix it?

Nine times out of ten it is a permission prompt. Look for the camera icon in your browser address bar, set this site to Allow, then refresh. Close any other app using the camera (Zoom, FaceTime, OBS), and on a phone make sure the browser itself is allowed to use the camera in your system settings. If it still fails, try a different browser to rule out a one-off glitch.

Is PinkVideoChat free, and do I need an account?

It is free and there is no account. You do not register or give an email — open the page, allow your camera, and you are matched. There is no trial timer and no paywall mid-conversation.

How do I skip to the next person?

Tap Next in the chat. You leave the current match instantly and get connected with someone new, usually within a few seconds.

How do I report or block someone?

Every chat has Report and Block buttons. Report flags the person for moderation and ends the match; Block makes sure you are never matched with them again on this device.

What happens after I report someone?

The match ends right away and the report goes to the moderation queue for review. Confirmed violations lead to removal, and repeat or severe cases are removed fastest. You do not need to do anything else after tapping Report.

How do I contact support?

Email us and a person will get back to you. Include what happened and the device and browser you were using so we can help faster.
