These Terms govern your use of PinkVideoChat at pinkvideochat.fun. By passing the age gate and using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use PinkVideoChat. Questions? Email [email protected].

1. You must be 18 or older

PinkVideoChat is strictly for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) every time you enter. Letting a minor use your access, or using the service while underage, is a serious violation and grounds for a permanent ban.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, on PinkVideoChat:

• Show or solicit content involving anyone under 18 — ever.
• Harass, threaten, dox, record, or non-consensually share another person.
• Display illegal content or use the service for illegal activity.
• Impersonate others, spam, scam, advertise, or run bots.

3. Consent and your controls

Every match gives you one-tap skip, mute, block and report. You are never obligated to stay in a conversation. Treat the people you meet the way you would want to be treated — a no is final.

4. The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep matching fast and the rooms safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the behaviour of other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinkVideoChat is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban access — including at the device level — for any violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice, to keep the community safe.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
